Our lunch (starting soon) and dinner menus (available now) are sure to offer something for everyone. We are passionate about using local, nutritious wholefoods, locally reared meat and sustainably sourced seafood to create a fresh a vibrant menu.
Our ales, ciders and various other tipples are local too! CAMRA would approve.
The Balance Inn has recently undergone a significant refurbishment. Our goal is to show how the charming British country pub can be an enticing alternative to national chains and heavily processed menus.

Absolutely buzzing, vibrant atmosphere packed with locals enjoying themselves. Very efficient, cheerful bar staff and well kept beer. We had a beautiful meal. Will be returning very soon.
We moved to the village weeks ago and have visited The Balance regularly . The beer and cider are great, the pizza one of the best I have tasted and the staff and locals very friendly.
